Excellent studio apartment. The house is located next to the subway stop "Palace of Sport", "Area Leo Tolstoy's" and "National Stadium" (National Sports Complex "Olympic"). Also nearby is the shopping center "Gulliver", a lot of great restaurants and cafes. Prior to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, 15 minutes walk. There are all necessary appliances: washing machine, boiler, microwave, high-speed wireless Internet.
The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located the metro stations "Ploscha Lva Tolstoho" and "Palace Sportu" and , there is "Arena City" with shopping centre "Mandarin Plaza" in which delicacy-market "Le Silpo" has opened, and new shopping centre "Gulliver" with set of shops, cafe, a cinema, entertainment and business centers, 7 min walk to main Khreshchatyk street.
-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.

-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
