VIP apartment in a new house with a gorgeous view. Luxury apartments in a new house, located on Lesi Ukrainky Boulevard, on the 22nd floor. In the apartment: two bedrooms and a luxury kitchen studio. Each room has a balcony, from which a fantastic view of the whole of Kyiv. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, plasma TV, two double beds king-size, sofas. Arena City and Gulliver trade centers are located near the house.
-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.
-All our services in Kyiv: additional cleaning, rent of the additional apartment, prolongation of apartment, transfers and etc you can pay by credit card.
-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
