The house is located 70 km from Alberobello and its charming trulli, 120 km from Matera and the UNESCO heritage stones, 50 km from Ostuni, 190 km from Castel del Monte, a130 km from Bari, 50 km from Lecce and 80 km from Borgo Egnazia, the location where the G7 will take place in 2024. The property, with new furniture, consists of kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, television, bedroom with double bed and third bed, another bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower. It has an alarm system, air conditioning and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with windows with mosquito net. Outside there is a large paved square equipped with shed, sink, shower, barbecue and car parking. On request, it is possible to send videos of the house, from which you can also understand the distance from the sea.
