Villa Casablanca Fantastic villa with 5 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, heatable pool, jacuzzi and barbecue. Located in Portimão we have Villa Casablanca, this property is equipped with everything you may need for your holidays. Upon entering the property, on the right, we find the first bedroom, with two single beds and air conditioning. On the left side, we have the last bedroom on this floor, with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the property's gate. Between the bedrooms we can find a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the way to the living room we find a pantry where you can find the ironing board, the iron as well as shelves and space to store everything you need. Before reaching the living room, there is a door that gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has everything you may need to prepare your meals, such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob and coffee machine, in addition to all these appliances there is also a washing machine, a table and chairs and even an access door to the outside area. To finish off this floor, we still have to talk about the dining area, which is located next to the living room (both overlooking the outside and the pool area), here we find a large table with chairs so that you can enjoy the meals with your group, in addition to this you will also find a sofa so you can relax while watching your favorite shows. The living area also has direct access to the outside. Moving to the first floor, after going up the stairs you will find the last 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. Starting with the bedrooms, on the left we have the main one, which has a double bed, wardrobes and a bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the stairs we have a bedroom with a bunk bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe. On the right, we have the last bedroom, with two single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe. Finally, let's talk about the exterior, here you will find the barbecue area with all the utensils for it. Next to this there is a table and chairs so you can comfortably enjoy your meals outdoors, and after go to the hammock to relax. In front of the outdoor dining area there is a small garden perfect for sunbathing on the sun loungers. In addition to all this, it should also be noted that the property has a swimming pool that can be heated (optional extra) and a jacuzzi (optional extra). The property has private parking space for 1 car. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. folding bed/sofa bed) for only €91 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
