On the ground floor, you will discover three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. One en-suite bathroom features both a bath and a shower, while the other offers a convenient walk-in shower. Both en-suite bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, and one provides direct access to the inviting pool area. The third bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two single beds. This floor also hosts a chic bathroom with a shower, setting a tone of modern elegance. The expansive living and dining area beckons with a generously-sized sofa, a television, and a dining table, creating a seamless connection to the outdoor space. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with essential appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a convenient pantry with a washing machine, ensures that all your culinary needs are met. On the first floor, you'll find an additional bathroom featuring a shower, along with the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the other offers a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms grant access to the balcony, boasting breathtaking views of the sea. All bedrooms in the property are equipped with air conditioning and spacious wardrobes. The outdoor area is a haven of relaxation, featuring a fantastic swimming pool (heated by solar pannels), jacuzzi, sun loungers for relaxing in the glorious Algarvean sun, and a barbecue area with direct access from the kitchen. Enhancing your leisure options, a ping-pong table is also provided. The Villa boasts a beautifully landscaped garden, complemented by a small football field and a tranquil lake. With parking space for up to five cars and complimentary pool towels, every detail is considered to make your stay truly indulgent. Immerse yourself in the charm of this extraordinary holiday retreat, where luxury meets convenience for an unforgettable escape. Pool heated by solar panels - Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, will not operate as efficiently as it does in the summer due to reduced sunlight availability and lower air temperature. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €175 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th person pays an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €140 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
